Some people are in the beginning, incredibly undisciplined. They practice now and then, but not regularly. At first they miss a day of practice, and then a week, and then a month, and then they have to start all over again... Sounds familiar? Make your practice regular like washing your face each morning! Rain and snow should not be excuse to skip it. Instead use it as an additional element of your training routine.
